JMC Contractors is founded in a deep desire to serve our customers with pride, diligence, and integrity. We believe buildings are more than blueprints, steel, and utilities. The houses we build are the homes of families and the heart of the individuals who fill their walls.

That is why at JMC we take pride in building lasting relationships with our customers, subcontractors, inspectors, and construction community. Only together can we build quality homes that enrich our communities.

The Design

If you already have a design, great. If not, then we can introduce you to a number of wonderful and reasonably-priced architects, or help you choose an off-the-shelf design. If the project is a very simple one that does not call for a pre-made design we can proceed without a design.

Communication

From day one to project completion and beyond you will have full access to your assigned project manager. This manager is your point of contact for any and all concerns or questions you have. Many problems can be mitigated or prevented with prompt and clear communication.

The Bid

We will provide a project bid free of charge. Throughout the bidding process we may spend quite a bit of time discussing exactly what your goals and interests are so we both have the same expectations. Once we deliver the bid to you we are happy to answer any questions you have. Full transparency and trust is our goal here.

Once you decide to work with JMC this bid is our commitment to you. Of course, it helps frame, but does not in any way replace a good working relationship. If you want to make changes once the project is underway, no problem, let’s discuss that. We will make an effort to fit your changes into the same cost and time frame. If such changes will increase the project cost and time, we will inform you on a timely basis and update the bid and project timeline accordingly.

The Project

Once we start building we commit to do all work with the highest level of skill, and make all reasonable efforts to complete the work within the time and cost parameters we agreed to.

Our workers will present themselves in a professional and polite matter. The project site will remain clean and orderly while the work is underway, and will be cleaned at the end of each day.

We have experience working at sites with special security, cleanliness, public access, and other challenges, such as police stations, municipal property, and retail stores. With the right planning, awareness, and communication these challenges will not be a problem.
